The St James Art Fair is underway, while you’re in old Louisville, you might want to dine out at a local well known restaurant that has a new owner and chef. Remember 610 Magnolia? Bob Sokoler and Dining Out say, the new 610 has a unique concept and dining experience.
Owner and Chef Edward Lee: a man with an international concept for a Louisville restaurant that opened 3 weeks ago. Edward has traveled all over the world learning his culinary craft. It was one of his US trips that lead him to Louisville and 610 Magnolia.
There are a lot of things that make 610 Magnolia different. For example take these napkins, made from Egyptian cotton. The soap in the bathroom is exclusive… but the menu here is the most unusual. On the fixed menu here among the 6 courses a Crab Cake Salad or Smoked Salmon Crepe rolls or Yellow Gazpacho with grilled shrimp.
