LOUISVILLE, KY. (WHAS11) – Chef Edward Lee is now a national star thanks to Iron Chef America.
On the Food Network show, Lee defeated Iron Chef Jose Garces 53 to 48.
Lee owns and cooks at 610 Magnolia in Louisville.
It was a tongue and cheek battle, meaning all five dishes he served had to include tongue or cheek in the ingredients.
His dishes included a duck tongue tempura, halibut cheek, and lamb tongue with pork cheek.
